Warlord Games
Zitat
Celt Warriors have been described as madly fond of war, high-spirited, and quick to battle. If that description is anything to go by, then you can imagine what the Chieftains of these fierce fighting men must have been like. Lucky for you, we here at Warlord Games have taken care of most of the work for you with our brand-new Celtic Chieftains pack!
Outfitted with the finest weapons, armour, and gear of the tribe, these Celt Chieftains are more than adequately equipped to lead your warriors into battle. For example take this British Chieftain:
The sculpting on our new nobles really brings across the command presence which befits warriors of their stature. As you can see from the rather kingly figure below that we’ve named The Old Fox, some Celt Chieftains chose to wear their wealth on their person.
To rise to the position of a Celt Chieftain required strength, ability, and sometimes downright savagery. If a few heads have to be lopped off in order to prove your status to the tribe, then so be it. Celts had a belief in the power of severing their enemy’s head in order to gain dominion over their souls and as a symbol of their power and prestige. Our Massive Chieftain is depicted below showing off his latest victory to all who see him:
Although our Celt Chieftains are the latest addition to our miniatures line, we have plenty of other models available to lead your barbarians on the battlefield such as Queen Boadicea, the Celt Chieftain Chariot, the Celt Army Standard Bearer, and the mysterious Druids.
All of these excellent miniatures are now available in the Warlord web store.
