Almost there and getting close to the wire.This is the prince and his chariot retinue.They are armored with light armor,shields and javelins which is the latest in Trojan warfare.They have also added more color to their chariots and shields.The shields and chariot boxes were painted by hand and the rest is AP with a quick highlight.Just one more infantry unit to go........but only a few days to do it!(Gulp!) :sos:

This is my second unit of Trojan spearmen with the shields hand painted and the rest done with army painter and quick highlights added like the other Trojans.I just barely finished these in time for TTU and so I had no time to post them until now.







This is the 1600pts.completed Trojan army I used at the TTU gaming weekend.It was led by King Diometores and his son Hectores(not very orginal I know) where they fought for the Assyrian allience.They defeated some Hittes and lost to Egyptians and in a large multi player game participated in a hard fought draw.



I will eventually make it a bit larger with a spearmen and chariot unit modeled after the princes more colorful and modern equipment,but that will be sometime in the future.For now the army is finished and I\'ll move on to some of my other projects .I hope some of you enjoyed the Trojans.

Oh yes, they are very stunning! I had the chance to see them in flesh at the TTU, and they looked even better than here on the photos! :hutab: It was also a pleasure to talk to you, cheers for all the painting hints and all the talking about your projects Hope to see you at least next year again!

Dem schließe ich mich an. Die Kuhhautschilde machen echt was her. Die Verkleidungen der Streitwagen und die Frisuren der Sea People sind mir persönlich zu bunt. Auch wenn ich Punk cool finde.
