Looking for semi hard rubber sheets

Does anyone know where I can buy large sections of thin semi hard flat rubber please that isn\'t to expensive?

What do you need it for?

Axebreaker:
A couple of things.

1.To place underneath a cloth for terrain that is hilly to enable models to stand firm.
2.Cut up in strips for roads.

Hobby and architect shops do have such mats.

Thank you. I was looking for a more precise reference and cheap. Just seeing if anyone had some ideas.
