We recently showed off the 3-ups of our forthcoming plastic Anglo-Zulu Wars British infantry. Now it’s the turn of their adversaries – the Zulus!
 Below you’ll find a couple of photos of the 3-ups for the Zulu boxed sets. As you’ve come to expect from Warlord plastic sets there will be a stack of options for building these proud African warriors – just a few of which are shown here…
  These sets are being produced in conjunction withZulu War experts Empress Miniaturesso you know they’ll be as historicaly accurate as possible as well as having that dash of Warlord thrown in for good measure! Yes, there will be more firearms, more heads with less extravagent hair styles/headresses and, of course, more bodies with chainmail loincloths* There will be two Zulu boxed sets – unmarried and married. The married ones will undoubtedly look miserable and henpecked!
 New plastic British Redcoats and two new plastic Zulu sets – could we be any better to you?
 The answer is, of course, YES! So, we’ll also be doing a Natal Native Contingent set in plastic too!
 * Okay, admit it – which of you were already heading to make an outraged post on TMP before you realised we were pulling your leg?

Jö die schauen aber fein aus! Werden wohl die grossen brüder meiner 6mm zulus  :D

Hagen-Miniatures:
Ansich eine sehr schöne Sache - allerdings hätte ich ein paar Kritikpunkte:

1. Schilde viel zu klein
2. Kurzspeere zu lang und zu dick
3. Äxte und Langspeere als Zuluwaffen einfach nur peinlich

Na ja, das gibt wieder einige Arbeit für den Zubehörmarkt   :D

Hallo,

tolle Box.

Empress wird von Ian knight beraten. Einem der führenden Experten über die Zulus.
Da werden sie sich keinen Fehler erlauben.

Es gab in der Tat eine Zulu Axt und die Zulus haben auch Wurfspeere verwendet. Es gab auch keine genormten Größen für Zulu Schilder.

da kann ich driscoles nur zustimmen
die axt find ich toll, da es einem die moeglichkeit gibt auch shonas oder holis zb sich zusammenzubasteln .. sicher wird kein zulu oder matabele veteran diese waffe in die hand genommen haben aber andere schon
es liefen so viele andere \"tribes\" mit rum dass es einfach stimmig ist, gleiches fuer wurfspeere (waer ich mir auch garnicht so sicher, bei den matabele zb wurden sie teils wieder eingefuehrt nach mzilikazis tod) ..
allerdings hoff ich dass sie bei den schilden wirklich ein paar groessere modelle im sprue haben .. gemischt waer auch hier super
