Mit Einschränkungen, ja. Die Dreispitze sind nicht dreispitzig genug, und die Westen sind zu kurz, um nur zwei Dinge zu nennen. Bei den hohen Offizieren fällt das weniger ins Gewicht, weil die schon immer gewisse modische Narrenfreiheit hatten. Dem einen wird\'s egal sein, der andere wird bestimmt den Finger drauf legen. In eurer Runde im Westen mache ich mir da aber keine Gedanken.

Lee\'s Legion were a small American force of infantry and cavalry mixed. For the cavalry, AW 131 and AW 132 can be used, as the cavalry uniform was almost identical in cut and colour to British Legion horse in 1781. Conversely, these infantry could be painted to represent the elusive British Legion foot, although I\'m sure there\'ll be a bit of debate about that.

AW 156 - French Chasseurs march attack, 1779 coats
The French infantry available here are wearing either the short-tailed 1776 coat or long-tailed 1779, as the army was in transition at this time. They can be used for America, India, West Indies, East Indies, Grenada, Senegal, Ceylon, Gibraltar, and the attack on Jersey in the Channel Isles.

We are experiencing a few problems getting hold of the large boxes we use (for cavalry, etc.), so you might find some of the early mounted packs of AWI and WOTR releases this month will be in improvised packaging. This is only a temporary measure as we\'re expecting the boxes in mid-February.
My wife Jill has decided to keep her gift shop Inspired in Nottingham on for another six months at least. Although we don\'t hold a stock of metals in the shop, you can leave an order with us by email or in the shop, and we\'ll contact you when it\'s ready to pick up if you are visiting Nottingham. She does, however, hold a stock of plastic Perry Miniatures and now Black Powder.
