Weird - the very first and current Dragonogres are lovely - the one you\'ve painted really doesn\'t do it for me.

The beastmen however have all my love. :thumbup:

Axe, as you know, I\'m not a fan of the Beastmen\'s current (or now, last?) incarnation. However, your wonderful paint jobs draw the models, both old and new, nicely together. Well done! :thumbup:

Actually, the Dragon Ogre shown above supersedes anything current and another one similar from Marauder miniatures as they are 80\'s miniatures and were released much earlier then the current dragon Ogres and shaggoth. He\'s actually a pretty rare miniature nowadays. ;)

I did that a few years ago and if I remember correctly it\'s a combination of snakebite leather and bleached bone.

Thre dragon ogre base seems to be a little bit empty in my opinion. May be rocks or something could enhance the base expeditiously...
