Foundry on eBay
« am: 31. Januar 2013 - 22:45:50 »

Grad auf der Foundry Webseite entdeckt, vielleicht interessiert das ja jemanden:

Zitat
We have inherited some big racks full of disorganised boxes of stock. Overstock really. There are quite a lot of boxes. They contain both loose castings and blister packs. Many of them are codes from the Michael and Alan Perry ranges that were discontinued for some years. When we recast and reintroduced those models we felt it would have taken longer to search through our piles of boxes than to recast from our moulds and pack directly into blisters.

It seems like we have castings of fairly large quantities of some individual codes from various ranges: rather than any complete ranges.
There\'s all sorts of loose models: many of them seem to be castings from ranges that were discontinued but have since been reintroduced. We will sort through them whenever any of us finds themself with spare time.

There\'s also fairly large quantities of the models that our previous management had sculpted to replace the Perry ranges, some of these were never released. Also various small fantasy ranges and some historicals that never came out.

The rest is random stuff: mostly from the last five years or so.

We intend selling these models on eBay. As we sort them out we will put them on our old eBay site. We thought we should give our regular customers some notice on this, so that the eBay users amongst you can take advantage of the reduced prices. It might take as a while to get all the models sorted out though.

We have already put a few packs of French Napoleonics on our eBay site (http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/foundryminiatures). We have given generous discounts to get things rolling.

Be aware that on the eBay site we have Napoleonic packs sculpted by Michael and Alan Perry as well as packs sculpted by Michael Percy.
Michael Percy did the packs that were made to substitute for the previously discontinued Perry models. Their respective sculpting styles are a bit different. If you want a sample of a Michael Percy Frenchman, let us know next time you order and we will stick one in your box.

We will probably also take advantage of this clearance opportunity to sell off all the packs lurking within our ranges that we\'re really not very fond of.
