das "mal sieht man es, mal nicht" ist ein typisches google-photos-problem. ist mir schon in anderen foren übern weg gelaufen und ich hatte das problem auch.

versuch mal das hier (stammt aus nem anderen forum):

(kurzform: das album muss geteilt sein und du musst das album und dann das foto über den "teilen" button links anwählen)

. . .  Select the photos you want to upload - I do it in bunches that I want to end up in the same place - and drag them over. They'll upload.

When uploaded, it'll ask if you want to put the pictures to a new album, shared album. Pick Shared. See the photos.

Give the Shared album a name. Then up the top right click on Share; then "Create a Link". Don't worry about creating the link.

Click on the Shared Albums on the icon on the left. You should now see a list of your shared albums. Pro hint - they display in the order you uploaded them; there's no way to get any other sort (I have asked :( ).

To share an image,
- Select the shared album
- click on the photo to expand it
- Right click on the expanded image, and pick "copy hyperlink". Note - this may not work in Edge or Explorer. Google is a jealous god ...
- Paste the (massive) link between IMG tags as normal in a forum post

Warning: if you accidentally copy the image hyperlink from anywhere else than inside the Shared album, the image will show for you, and for some others (it's inconsistant), but not for most people. Always copy the link from inside.
