Aktivierungsemail kommt nicht

Also der Titel sagt es ja, ein Mitspieler aus Potsdam möchte sich gerne im SW anmelden. Am Ende der Registrierung kommt dann keine Aktivitierungsemail bei ihm an. Woran kann das liegen bzw. was kann er machen?
