Don\'t know what who ever you were in contact with meant by \'near completion\' but this is a project that has been rumbling away in the background for quite a while without troubling our schedules. We don\'t have a manuscript yet - and that\'s the start of a project - so I wouldn\'t expect to see a published book anytime soon - certainly not within a year. Perhaps our man meant the basic rules development was \'near completion\' as I think that\'s a fair description - I saw the authors and a game last week - looks good! - yes they were using 10mm models - the dastardly Napoleon was defeated.
