Ive finally got some new figures for the Mesopotamian range online (which can also be used in the Assyrian army).
The new additions are Aramaean light infantry and Babylonian archers, these are in the correct Babylonian clothing for use from the time of the Assyrian empire well into the Achaemenid Persian empire.
There are plenty more on the workbench for these ranges, updated and brand new.

Ive been hard at work writing 3 new modeling and painting guides dealing with the new plastic Hoplites, Stephan Huber has also written a guide for me about how he paints his Hoplite shields
You can read them here. I will be making these available as PDF files too. If you want to see more like this please let me know.

Talking about the plastic hoplites, you can now order the frames you get in the box individually, making it easier to add to your phalanx!
