Of all the places one visits in Downlode, the most erotic is the area around the Eiffel Tower, now know as the \'Moulin\'. Once known as the city of Paris, this area is now a hotbed of sin. Whatever your persuasion, it can be bought for a price here.
The area is run by the Godmother of sin, Demi Octavio, a woman not to be trifled with. Even the most powerful crimelords think twice before crossing her. She runs the area and the business within. Nothing gets in, or out, without her knowing. She also makes sure that the \'girls\' of Moulin are well looked after and any man that lays a finger on one of her girls had better have friends in high places.
Octavio enforces her own brand of law and order on the area by the use of a small group of gunslingers who go by the name of the \'Moulin Reds\'. They answer only to Octavio are intensely loyal to her. At the top of the \'Moulin Reds\' are four girls known throughout Downlode for not only their beauty, but also their skills with a gun. These four are more than a match for any Gunshark in Downlode and few survive an encounter with them. While most of the \'Moulin Reds\' act as a small private police force for Octavio, these four are her own personal Gunsharks, taking Octavio\'s retribution and revenge wherever it is required.
They have carried out \'whacks\' all across Downlode and as far as Nippon City, where they were reputed to have executed a top Arasaka executive after he murdered one of Octavio\'s girls. No-one escapes their justice.

Lola Stern
A former nightclub singer in one of Octavio\'s bars, she is now the head Gun-Girl in the Moulin Reds. Like all the girls she carries two pistols, their preferred set-up for close range gunfights. Lola continues to have a successful singing career, her last single \'Bullet in the Heart\' reaching number 2 in the Downlode charts. She currently carries a Heckler & Glock 12mm \'Manstopper\' and an Araska 3000 pistol.
Daisy May
Daisy is a former lap-dancer who came to prominence after taking out a Russian Mafia gang who tried, unsuccessfully, to rob the club in which she worked. After disarming the first raider, she promptly shot dead the other five. Originally from the Confederate States of New Texas, Daisy is a favourite with Playbunny magazine and has been centerfold of the year twice. The gunshark Finnigan Sinister is reputed to have commented that Daisy can \"whack me anytime she likes\". Daisy is currently sporting a Heckler & Glock 9mm Ceramic Special and a Combat Industries 10mm \'Room-sweeper\' Machine Pistol.
Lady Go-Go
Once a top pole dancer at the Moulin Rouge, she is now one of Octavio\'s best gun-girls. Her supple abilities from pole dancing are put to good use and she is known for her stealthy attacks on her targets. It was reputedly Lady Go-Go who was set to Nippon City to take-out the Arasake executive who murdered one of Octavio\'s working girls. His corpse was found in his office in Araska Towers the most well-guarded corporate facility on the planet. Despite being guarded by Arasaka Samurai, no-one saw her enter, or leave. Lady Go-Go also carries two Heckler & Glock 9mm Ceramic Specials.
Valatina Kutchenko
A former member of the Russian Special Forces, Valatina was originally hired as a bouncer for one of Octavio\'s clubs. Her skills soon saw her move to the Moulin Reds and she soon reached a trusted position at the top. Although highly skilled with firearms, Valatina is also a specialist in unarmed combat and once killed three Gunsharks with her bare hands. She is currently using a Heckler & Glock 12mm \'Manstopper\' and a Makarov 10mm Dual-Shot.
