--- Zitat ---As I\'m responsible for the delay, it\'s time to give you an update of the current statut of C&C.

The book was written back in April. We could have done it, but it would have meant rushing it out of the door, with the issues that rushed out products have. And this is something that we don\'t want to do. So, we decided to take our time to ensure that, the book having been delayed, it would be delivered as good as we can do. So we took extra time for the proofreading, ensuring that the rule rewrites and new stuff make sense, that there are no mistakes, etc...

What should be kept in mind is that the ST products are done simultaneously in French and English. Basically, they are written in English, proofreaded, and at the same time, translated in French and proofreaded. Once the text is fine, the French version gos to the layout, fixing the template of the book, followed by the English version (we have to do the French first as the same sentence in French is longer that its equivalent in English).

Once the layout is done, a last proofreading is done before it is sent out to the printer.

And we are doing that on our spare time, as ST is not a full-time or even part-time job for me, Fred or anybody else.

Current statut is that the French layout is done. English one will be done in the next days, and it is sent to the printer. Printing time is app. 2 weeks. Now, I won\'t provide a release date, as things can happen between now and then, but be sure that we will deliver it as soon as possible, and I cannot imagine the book being released after the summer.

And it will be more than 100 pages long and hardbacked.

Danke für die Info !

Man schreibts in der Muttersprache und übersetzt es dann in Französische, aber weil dort für gleichen Inhalt mehr gesprochen wird....und das Layout...undund. Muß man erstmal drauf kommen   :blink_1:
Und wenn über das fertige Produkt nochmals drübergelesen wird und das dann auch im Ergebnis so aussieht, warte ich doch gerne etwas länger.

Lt. Hazel:
Hundert Seiten Hardcover. Das wird teuer.

Jocke:
Spanische Reconquista... Corona de Aragón ich komme... :neo:
