Axebreaker:
The size of the BUA/Camp Site/Baggage is not very important to play the game. I averaged it to make it easier and that is all.I believe 40mm x 40mm for DBA is about right and maybe 80mm x 80mm for DBM as vodnik is right that 40mm x 80mm is a bit to short. For DBM just take your two 40mm x40mm bases and put them together.Anyways, unless you plan on playing in tournements then your BUA\'S/Camp/Baggage doesn\'t matter on being exact as long as its within reason. ;) The author makes it damn confusing as it is,so if you just want to play some fun games then my advice should work, otherwise go with vodnick and figure it out .DBA/DBM is a fun game once somebody helps you with the rules, because the author is terrible at writing wargames rules! :doofy: Almost like he is trying to confuse the reader. :pillepalle: Happy wargaming! :)

Ok.Here it goes.I just checked the books.I explain it as easy as possible as I understood it.

DBA-A Baggage/Camp/BUA is 40mmx40mm.

DBM-If playing less then 400pts. you need 6 Baggage. If your playing over 400pts. then you need 8 Baggage.

You must decide if you wish your baggage to be mobile or not.

Mobile includes models on foot, horseback, mules, wagons usw.

Immobile would be fortified.I think half is fortified and half is livestock/village is outside the fort.

Note:If you want to see some nice DBM Baggage then go to www.nwa.org.au/dbx/dbx.html and go down the list to impressive baggage and that can give you some idea\'s. :)

Most players prefer to stack their Baggage, for example:

400pts or less-120mm wide x 80mm depth

500pts-160mm wide x 80mm depth

Perhaps I\'m wrong,but it\'s how I understood it.I hope I helped some. :)
