Du musst dort anrufen. Ich hab auch erstmal 3 Mails geschrieben, auf die nie eine Antwort kam. Dann hab ich angerufen und die waren sehr freundlich, haben sich füt mein mieses Englisch zeitgenommen und 3 Tage später hatte ich das fehlende Buch, sowie die 2 anderen frisch bestellten, alles per kostenloser Expresslieferung. Ich sehe es allerdings nicht ein, auch noch Geld für ein internationales Telefonat auszugeben, weil WHH/FW/GW/werauchimmer unfähig ist, die Bücher richtig zu verpacken. Hab\' meine Beschwerde schon an alle möglichenWHH/FW/GW-Kontakt-Mail-Adressen geschickt und nun meine Bank angewiesen, die CC-Zahlung wieder zurück zu buchen. Hoffentlich klappt das noch. :S

EDIT: Wenn man vom Teufel spricht... hab\' eben eine Antwort durch die FW-Kontakt-Adresse bekommen, das die Ersatzlieferung auf dem Weg ist. :whistling:

No way will I pay 28pounds for a bunch of lists! :verrueckt: Normally I can live with paying FW prices as their books are usually superb in quality to include the paper , lists, fluff, info and pics that are worth owning even if you don\'t play the rules. I\'m sorry, but for a bunch of lists I\'ll wait for half price, pick it up used or get them from a friend.

If their plans were only lists and no pics then they should have went soft cover for half the price and/or PDF. Sorry, I didn\'t want to go negative as I support WAB even if I don\'t play it so often any more, but I couldn\'t let this slide.

I really wish you would not group people together where many(myself included) both dislike FOG rules and their books. If you want to pay 28 pounds for a bunch of lists then go for it. ;)

I paid about 8€ for my Fog Supplements and think thats acceptable...
